David is a creative problem-solver driven by a strong work ethic that is deeply rooted in his working-class upbringing. Mostly self-taught, his innate curiosity has led him to pursue creativity through music, painting, and design.

 His earliest memories involve studying album art on trips to Walmart, such as the cutout tenement windows on Led Zeppelin's Physical Graffiti and the blocked out eyes on AC/DC's Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. These experiences, along with skateboarding, listening to hip hop, and playing in rock bands, made lasting impressions on him.
